Efficient, Friendly and easy to understand

What I liked the most is the language used throughout the policy and all communications. The whole process felt like a supportive, helpful conversation rather than the usual insurance jargon that can make you feel overwhelmed and anxious. Reviewed on: 22nd July 2022
