Top of my list

New caravan, new insurance required, called Ripe, connected straight away to a really knowledgeable advisor who took me through all of the facets of the insurance products that Ripe offer. He explained succinctly and painstakingly which basic cover I needed and explained the extras that may be beneficial, not once going for the “hard sell”. Exactly right!

This is the second year I’ve chosen Ripe. I’ve done this because my first interaction over a year ago was a great experience, the Customer Service Advisor painstakingly went through every facet of my needs and recommended the best product to suit them. I was impressed by the knowledge of my telephone advisor. The attention to detail was so impressive. All scenarios were discussed to ensure my Caravan Insurance was tailored to my specific needs.
