Amazing when times get tough.

Debt is not easy, individuals circumstances are not easy, and I was put onto payplan by CBA (who's advice was questionable, like anyone's). But payplan have always been easy to deal with and understanding, they have helped me layout my budget, been flexible when circumstances change etc. Their staff are really friendly, although like anywhere I did get one bad experience, but that was purely a needle in a haystack situation. Bravio to PayPlan, would recommend them to anyone who is struggling with debt. Reviewed on: 22nd July 2022
