A Life-Saver!

Payplan (pp) have been exactly what this review has been titled. When you have under a pound/£ left and 5 more days left till the end of the month, getting in in touch with pp was the best decision ever. From my first phone call the gave me such reassurance that they could help and how it was possible. They are kind no judgemental, active in putting things in place. Always there to talk to. They always return my emails. This company is a fantastic shining example of how to give customer support through, patience, explanation, empathy and winning you round to see life is not as dark or as isolating as you have been led to believe. It’s not a short fix and they make you realise that it’s ok. They will always review if you are struggling to pay the instalment. Without that call I fear I could have started taking food to survive, lying about my financial affairs, seeing no way out, worrying that my dog would not be fed. An awful place to be in if pp did not exist. Definitely deserves such an award. Let’s finish by saying if it was in my control pp would not only get the award they would get the runners up prize as well!!! Reviewed on: 23rd July 2022
