Very helpful and understanding

I have been with Pay plan for 6 years I have found them very understanding and helpful most of all they have emphaty ,I have struggled over the years with my mental health and when it came to my review if I was not able to face filling in form and they were late getting the information needed I was never pushed to do anything till I was ready.
