Perfect customer service

I have never ever had any issues since needing their assistance in 2011 - I have never felt under any pressure and each year my review has been accepted and very easy to complete. I have never had any problems with the people I owe money to since being part of payplan. I am now in a very fortunate position to settle all my outstanding debts and the settlements team have been amazing - polite yet focused and very professional - I have no issues at all with the way Payplan have assisted me for the last ten years or more - thank you.
