Review of the TSB, Fixed Rate Mortgage:

Do not use.

TSB incorrectly charged me an early repayment charge of £1,400 on my mortgage 2 months ago and have yet to refund me. I have called 8 (!) times now and the customer service has been awful, I am constantly told they would call me back and never do. They have told me on multiple occasions the payment has been processed, and each time I call they tell me about another error that stopped the payment going through. I genuinely now believe they are making this as difficult as possible to avoid people getting their money back. Reviewed on: 25th July 2022
