Review of the Caravan Guard, Motorhome insurance:

Great customer service.

I was recommended Caravan Guard by my motorhome supplier. I must admit that i had not heard of them before but phoned them anyway for a quotation and to discuss my specific insurance needs. The adviser that i spoke to was great and left me confidant that i would be suitably insured for mu pride and joy. The quotation was discounted multiple times for the security measures we had in place and all my questions were answered fully. My previous insurer did not give me confidence in their ability to cover my motorhome fully and they did not appear to understand my concerns. On top of that my Caravan Guard insurance was half the price that Admiral quoted at the renewal time. Well done Caravan Guard on service and price, the emails containing motorhome advice are useful and i hope i never find out how they deal with a claim. Reviewed on: 25th July 2022
