New to me

Many of the banks included with raisin are new to me and, especially with the number of scams in the news, I was very wary. After reading many reviews I went ahead with one, one year acct and one 2 year acct. All appears to be well and raisin keeps me well informed. I suppose the. Test will be when the time period ends and what impact the current uncertainty in the banking market. As someone who has stuck with the same 2 banks since a child, changing is a big step. Bend over backwards

I started caravaning just before COVID started. Obviously travel was suspended and, as a new by, I was very nervous trying to remember all I had learned about hitching, towing and setting up. Even though it was not their role, they were helpful with a myriad of beginners issues I struggled with. Advising who could help and how to sole my problems. I have had need to place a claim, and despite not being covered by the particular policy I had, the assistants were helpful, polite and sympathetic to my disappointment. Reviewed on: 26th July 2022
