When we had a need do make a claim following storm damage,it was straight forward no fuss and claim was settled quickly.Good value insurance. Reviewed on: 22nd July 2024

High praise for customer service.

Following a violent storm that was not forecast we had extensive damage to our awning and contents.One call to caravan guard and the customer service we were told straight away to list the damage and the claim was started.We received help and advice all the way until the claim was fully settled.
