Appalling company

Just about the worst customer service for car insurance that I have had the misfortune to experience. I have tried to get a hard copy certificate from them for months. Impossible! Everything is delay, delay, delay. I hope that I never have to call upon them for help with a claim. Reviewed on: 24th August 2023
