I can not explain the feeling of being able to share my debt problems with somebody. To make it even better everyone that helped me at Stepchange was truly amazing, kind and supportive.

I kept my debt problems a secret for a long time and unfortunately suffered because of it. I looked online for help and came across Step change. I built up the courage to call and I'm so pleased I did ! I was very upset when I first started to explain and the support I received was life changing for me. Once I realised I wasn't trapped and always had someone on the line to talk to I felt like a different person. The staff were all clearly highly trained and so kind and reassuring, honestly I cannot thank Stepchange enough! Reviewed on: 28th July 2022
