Great card, transparent and easy to use app

It's super easy to use, I pay in full each month and don't pay interest. Great product helping me on my way to building a better credit score. The app is so easy to use, and the safety features are good. Reviewing purchases online etc. Reviewed on: 3rd July 2025

Friendly, supportive and impartial advice

Since I started my debt management plan in 2019, Stepchange have been the most supportive company you could ask for. They're extremely fair, you don't feel judged and a huge weight was lifted from my shoulders. I can now sleep at night knowing my debt is under control and honestly, I feel free. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone, if you're struggling even with 1 payment give them a call. I cried with relief. Reviewed on: 28th July 2022
