A great relief

Partly through debtors not paying their debts and partly through not being able to sell the business, we found ourselves in debt. After speaking to StepChange, I felt quite relieved that our problem could be resolved and StepChange would do all the communicating with our creditors. Reviewed on: 27th May 2025

Light at the end of the tunnel!

StepChange has helped us out of a debt problem and have taken it all in their stride without commenting on or 'telling us off' as to why we got into this pickle. They are completely neutral and give a lot of help and advice as well as sorting out our creditors. It's a great relief to have them on your side. Reviewed on: 2nd May 2024

A lifeline when needed!

We had been let down in our business by 2 companies that owed us £30,000, and when we went to sell the business, ostensibly to pay off our mortgage, we had 3 interested parties,, but it came to no avail. My wife did some research and StepChange came to our rescue. There was no 'blame naming', just friendly, helpul advice. A great company. Reviewed on: 28th July 2022
