Misdiagnosis by their engineer. Even recommended and gave us a number for an immobiliser specialist. £75 later after immobiliser specialist attended ti be told its not an immobiliser fault. Tried calling them out again and to advise them of their whoopee.... haha tough shit basically....!!!
