When you think there is 'nowhere to turn...

When you find yourself in an awful, 'nowhere to turn' situation, I can't praise StepChange enough for the help they gave us, straight from the first contact. They gave me chance to go through everything clearly and at a pace that works for you, to get you into a position where you can see a way forward in getting back on track financially. Much needed support from a trusted company

When things started to get on top of us during the lockdown, we didn't know what to do and suffered in silence for quite some time until one of our credit card companies recommended Step Change if we were struggling financially. As we have never been in this situation before, we did not know what to expect but straight from the initial contact, their friendly advisors put us at ease and guided us through the whole process which involved us following their easy to understand online services. We have now been with them for 2 years and found our stress levels much better and whenever things get difficult (due to spiralling bills we are all facing), they are always on hand to guide us through and get us into a position where we can afford to keep everything paid on time in a way that is manageable and easy to keep track of online. Definitely recommend if you are like us and struggling in what to do, don't bury your head, get in touch with a friendly, trusted company who will help you every step of the way!
