They changed my life

I am a single mother of 2 and my life was a continual battle balancing books and work. I could not make ends meet and it was a very dark time. I should have called step change at least 2 years prior but was scared of being belittled as I was ashamed. I couldn’t have been more wrong. They listened didn’t judge and acted so fast. I am proud of myself now for making the call as I am 5 years in and only 2 more to go to be debt free. The people and the service is flexible , kind and realistic More to the point an emergency service and a life saver. Thank you with all my heart . Reviewed on: 29th July 2022
