I was very worried about approaching total strangers about my personal debts they weren't drastic but I needed help. Stepchange were amazing from the first phone call. I was made to feel at ease and not as if I had done something wrong. They explained the different plans available for various types and amounts of debt and explained fully the plan they thought would be best for me and would not leave me robbing Peter to pay Paul as they say. They support you throughout your plan and are always there if you need help. They are understanding,very knowledgeable about debt plans,explain thoroughly in a way that you can understand. They stay in touch with with lots of useful advice and help managing your plan online and doing reviews. I am truly very glad I found Stepchange. I am now managing my debt with confidence and it has made my life a lot less stressful.
