StepChange changed my life

I started working with StepChange several years ago. They recommended a DMP as the best product for my situation and with their help I have almost paid off all of my debts. They have also been very flexible and helpful whenever my circumstances have changed. With one call I have been able to sort everything out everytime I've needed help or clarification. The customer service has always been friendly and knowledgeable without a long time on hold too. I would recommend StepChange to anyone who feels like they can't face tackling their debt. A friendly, empathetic service

I came to StepChange at a very low point. I was ashamed of the debt I had built up and ashamed that I was failing to manage it on my own. However, StepChange were very compassionate and understanding, and they helped me to get a plan in place to start paying my debts off with monthly payments through a Debt Management Plan. I really appreciated the advisor's attitude, candour and friendly helpful service. I really can't thank StepChange enough and I would encourage anyone struggling with debts to speak to them.
