Understanding and Compassionate Staff

Given the terrible mess I had gotten myself in to, I found the process fairly straightforward (in the end), and was not made to feel like an idiot or a waste of space. The majority of staff I dealt with were patient, helpful, understanding and compassionate - They made what was an extremely stressful situation bearable.
