No more stress or worry

Making the initial contact for the first step after doing some online research into my situation was the hardest part. Though once the enquiry form was sent it was no going back. Every step of the way, I was kept informed. No pressure to take products. The assessment gave me a few options. After deciding which option to take, everything was then set up. The budget is quite hard to start with, but I stuck at it and makes me budget better. Over the last couple of years there has been some challenges, and unexpected bills, but PayPlan were there to help either via phone or email. I have never felt judged by anyone or been treated badly, everyone I’ve dealt with has been helpful and friendly… I certainly don’t want to go through this process again, but do wish I got help years ago. I may have had a good credit rating and no missed payments in the past, but looking back I was just getting deeper and deeper into debt which felt like there was no way out….
