Review of the Zempler Bank (formerly Cashplus), Prepaid Card:

This bank is the most unprofessional bank in business

Froze my account asked for information that I provided then asked for more that was provided no one will speak to you other than customer services now I have found out that they have emptied my account and telling me instead of over a £10,000 positive balance that there is not a penny in the account how can this be no one can explain this is fraud and am taking this further Reviewed on: 2nd August 2022
