Scammed by perfect pet

I am shocked that this company had even been nominated for this award. If they win it is an insult to all insurers who treat their customers fairly. They have scammed countless customers out of their hard earned money and then refused to pay out on valid claims. The ombudsman were unable to get involved as their underwriters are based abroad so can’t get involved. They have been featured on itv news as well as watchdog.
