Very poor service

Don't use this company or some of their smallest companies ,like General Accident.My car had an accident ,not my fault, and they can not give me any information about repairing 9 months.After 8 months they offered me a courtesy car only for a week.How long it will take,I still don't mnow,no one calls me and I can not get in touch with them.Avoid this company.
