Best customer service out there

I've had a loan with zopa for past 2 years and have found their customer service to be outstanding. They respond in a timely manner, make conscious effort to find suitable resolve for you as an individual and keep to their word, lots of organisations have lost this type of personal touch I'm very appreciative of the customer advisers I've spoken with and recommend zopa as a whole.
