Worst management ever

I paid without any omissions for two years to pay off credit cards with no interest being charged. When my amount owing had risen alarmingly by £10000 I asked PayPlan to help me understand as clearly there was an error! You can imagine how stressful this is. I wrote to PAYPLAN TWO MONTHS AGO who promised to look into this. Two months later PRECISELY NOTHING.
