Staff Very Helpful

Since starting my payment plan 2.5 years ago I have now halved my debt. Advisors are always reasonably prompt at responding to queries and have been so helpful reorganising my plans when exceptional circumstances have arisen. Reviewed on: 19th June 2023

Slowly Chipping Away

PayPlan have been really helpful with helping me manage my debt. I've had one to one email contact with advisors (which is preferable to me than dealing with call centres) and they have always been fabulously patient with me even when I dont understand something. I'm looking forward to having the bulk of my debts paid off in the next few years without interest constantly piling up or the temptation to spend what I've paid off for short term satisfaction.
