Great premise, terrible customer service

The idea is great and definitely can save drivers a lot of money if given a good quote for the per mile cost. Where they are let down is how terrible the customer service is and that's when you eventually get through to them as it takes hours to get an answer to basic questions. Once you do get through you will be spoken to and given generic robotic responses that do not answer what you have asked, once you do push for an answer they will just end that chat. I am only still with them because they are much cheaper than other insurers, otherwise avoid them. Reviewed on: 9th August 2022
