Efficient, simple to use with no fuss

I have been a customer of the Principality for a few years now with a Cash Isa and Instant Saver accounts and have found them to be very easy to contact and knowledgeable. Our nearest branch is open from Monday - Saturday, so it is fairly easy to call in. The staff are friendly and easy to talk to about any banking issues that I may have. I have never had a bad experience with them and recommend anyone to give them a chance. The staff at the Principality are efficient and they explain exactly what their banking products do and how they work in plain, simple language without all the jargon for a quick sale. I recommend the Promise Saver Account

I found opening the Promise Saver account very easy in the branch. They were able to deal with me without an appointment. The rate of interest was good at 1.00% compared to other banking institutions offering the same type of saver account. I recommended this account to my Mum and son and they opened accounts also. Gift Membership of Breakdown Cover

As a Dad, I was worried about my daughter who does long days and late evenings in her job as a home care assistant. My concern was if she broke down and I could not get to her i.e. snowed in or at work myself and therefore was left stranded. So I shopped around looking for a gift membership for breakdown cover for her. The only one that I could find was with the AA. I bought the cover as part of her birthday present (the tax for her car is also due around this time :( ) The procedure to get this gift membership was so simple. Cheapest Car Insurance - try them !!!!

I shopped around for my car insurance online when my renewal came round and the best quote came from 'Go Girl'. They were far cheaper than their nearest rival. What more can I say...... other than get a quote from them online :D Reviewed on: 30th August 2016
