The Santander bank is excellent for easy and hassle free online banking!

I have been with Santander for my personal banking for 22 years. Their online banking is easy to use and hassle free. They have linked my saver account online to my everyday current account so that when I login I am able to access both accounts. The Santander website is very reliable and I have not experienced it going down. They are well worth considering for hassle free banking. Reviewed on: 21st June 2016

Friendly, Efficient and helpful

I would just like to say that the staff at our local branch of the Yorkshire Building Society are always welcoming, friendly and helpful. I am very happy with the service I receive. My daughter recently misplaced her ATM card and the staff were very kind and sorted out the problem immediately and efficiently. Banking in a good way ...........

The staff at the Yorkshire Building Society in Prestatyn branch are second to none. They always make you feel valued and go out of their way to help you. It feels like banking in a good way, and not just about profits and large salaries and bonus for bankers. I also recommend their online banking, it is very easy to use and for me so far trouble free. AA Breakdown Membership bought as a gift

Our daughter is a registered care assistant, who visits clients in their homes in our local area. We wanted to see if we could get her car breakdown cover as a gift for her birthday. We trawled through the different sites on our laptop, and up popped the AA. It was so easy to do. We purchased roadside recovery for her. You could purchase the gift online or via the 0800 number. We rang up, because we wanted to make sure that she would be covered due to her line of work. She was... Review of the Aviva, Car Insurance:

After trawling through comparison websites........

We had trawled through comparison sites to find a decent quote for car insurance that was not thousands of pounds for our son who had just passed his car tested age 20, (but had already passed 2 motorcycle licences A1 and A2 having started driving mopeds at age 16). The quotes were just to expensive for his little Ford KA. We were disheartened, but then I was recommended by a friend to try Aviva. They had, had a good deal. So we did.... We were amazed, but delighted that they could insure him and they had the most competitive price that was available - for £800 for the year. So much better and the website was easy to manage. Getting covered was simple and easy to do through the website. We will be looking at the renewal quote from Aviva, before shopping around next time. Reviewed on: 9th August 2015
