Policy Expert has been a joy to deal with. They provide easy to understand documents without any jargon and their customer services team helped me easily add a high value item to my home insurance, great customer service and prices.

Not only did Policy Expert provide a great quote for my home and contents insurance (so much so that I switched providers), their customer service team was so great to deal with when I needed to add some jewellery to my policy. They explained everything clearly and with just the right amount of detail. Everything so far has felt very easy and smooth when dealing with Policy Expert. Reviewed on: 10th August 2022
