Easy and efficient

I enquired about taking out a policy and had further questions on some specifics. I was told the query would be referred to another team, who promptly contacted me within 24 hours, booked an appropriate time to speak to me and then confirmed this was fine. I was really impressed with the customer service and communication provided, and then how easy it was to confirm the policy once we had exchanged. Reviewed on: 10th August 2022
