Completely unprofessional: do not use this company!

Impossible to contact. When you do they are very unhelpful. No relationship manager or direct lines for brokers or solicitors, everyone just calls the same number which clearly just leads to chaos. We are supposed to be moving tomorrow and they are not answering the phone to confirm that the funds will be released. And this is not the first issue we have had. Just getting the mortgage offer took ages with delays on our chain. I cannot say this enough, please for the good of your stress levels, do NOT use this company! Reviewed on: 11th August 2022
