Review of the Metro Bank, Business Banking:

They supported us when other banks didn't care

When HSBC imposed banking charges on our small community bank account we decided to save money and try and find a bank that did not penalise small organizations that seek to support vulnerable people in their community. The£60 annual fee would have helped us to support a homeless person for two nights. We then applied to Nat West, Santander and Stirling. All rejected us for various reasons. Metro Bank accepted our business and we are very happy customers. Having always been in the black and never caused any trouble we felt rejected by others.
