I feel safe and secure using Paypal.

I feel safe and secure when using Paypal. I like the way how I can easily find what I am looking for on its website and how clearly everything is laid out. When it comes to one's finances, one needs clarity at a quick glance and not having to dig in to find my account statement. I have had excellent customer service when I needed to stop a payment and to query a transaction. Paypal is now my first 'go to' payment's choice because of its ease of access and its attractive 4 months free credit. Reviewed on: 9th July 2026

Paypal credit makes me feel valued

Paypal credit has helped me to buy something that I needed straight away but would not have been able to afford if it was not for the 0% interest. But more importantly, Paypal makes me feel valued and not feel judged in that they don't ask any questions about repayment etc. Reviewed on: 8th June 2026
