Great customer service

I recently lost my phone (or more likely had it stolen) whilst on holiday and I was able to make a claim through my home insurance. It was quickly processed and I had no issues from start to finish. I was able to get through on the phone lines in a reasonable time and the claims team and customer service team where all efficient and helpful. It gives me the reassurance that if I ever need the insurance cover in the future, I know that Admiral can be relied on to deal with it fairly and quickly. Reviewed on: 12th August 2022
