Pots are the BEST

A common habit by people with ADHD is to organise things in piles. I’ve done this since I was a kid, and as long as the right thing is in the right pile, I know where it is. As soon as it’s moved, I’ve lost it. Same goes with money. When it’s all in one lump I can’t differentiate what I can spend and what I can’t. Pots have solved this for me. I can compartmentalise everything to perfection, and it really helps me to manage my money, and to save, as opposed to spending all sorts that I shouldn’t, especially when the dopamine inducing impulse-buying is rife!
