Absolutely the best decision I ever made!

Absolutely the best decision I ever made was being brave enough to make the first call and say 'Help, I'm in over my head!' After years of trying to navigate debt, and a lot of sleepless nights, StepChange responded to me calmly, kindly and professionally and I couldn't be more grateful, they enabled me to find a route out! I can breathe again!

A friend recommended StepChange around 4 years ago and they have 100% given me the most helpful advice in a respectful and unpatronising manner. They gave me options that fit my situation and then helped organise the one I chose! Honestly, for the first time in a lot of years I felt I could breathe again!!
