My lifeline

StepChange were non judgemental when I made contact and I felt I could discuss my debt in confidence.. StepChangee were my advocate and negotiated with my creditors a regular monthly payments that I could maintain.. Yearly reviews of my finances and an end date to be debt free helped motivate me to keep my payments up. Every time a payment was taken I felt relief. I knew there was also emotional and practical support if I needed it by just calling the advisor.. Reviewed on: 2nd May 2024

Enabled me to make manageable payments towards my debts, a lifeline when I could not confide my fears and anxieties. A weight off my shoulders

Got into credit card debt as income reduced, was able with Step Change to plan a manageable monthly payment, now only 18 months from being debt free. Reviewed on: 12th August 2022
