Saved our lives

We didn’t know what to do, our debts were running away from us! when my husbands health meant, he had to retire early, and due to me working full time we were not eligible for any benefits. That meant we struggled! If it wasn’t for the kindness and respect I was shown when I phoned them… well I really do not know if we would still be here. Because of them we do not have ‘threatening’ letters and we are managing just. However when things change for us again they are there with respect and kindness. Reviewed on: 12th August 2022
