Website takes quite a bit to get your head around an...

Website takes quite a bit to get your head around and I am still requiring quite a bit of guidance. Not as user friendly initially as Hargreaves or Vanguard but the email support is good albeit usually a day or two after but not complaining as that is one way of keeping the costs down.
