So relieved

When i finally plucked up the courage to call, Stepchange took all of my anxiety away, made me realise it wasn't my fault (huge relief) and that there was a way out and that I wasn't the only one and nothing to be ashamed of. I still struggle with these things but I feel so much better now and the worry is a MILLION times less. Thank you SO much Stepchange. Reviewed on: 12th August 2022
