Title: Immediate Cancellation Request Ignored Despite No Shipment I placed an order by mistake and submitted a cancellation request almost immediately after purchase, before the item had been shipped or processed. Despite this, the seller refused to cancel the transaction. The listing also stated that returns were accepted, which makes the refusal to stop the order before shipment feel unreasonable and unnecessarily costly for the buyer. From a customer perspective, forcing shipment after an instant cancellation request creates avoidable disputes, wasted shipping costs, and a poor user experience. A short grace period for accidental purchases should exist, especially when no operational loss has yet occurred. This experience seriously reduced my trust in the PayPal/eBay buyer protection process. Reviewed on: 29th May 2026
