Claim eventually paid in full

Claim for hospital tests paid eventually after two month delay due to the claim handler used (Reactive Claims). Zurich, the parent comapny then paid some compensation for the delay and hassle. Reviewed on: 2nd October 2024

Our Claims Team strives to handle claims swiftly and efficiently, ensuring that all the necessary information is collected promptly to assess the claim accurately. Our goal is always to process claims quickly and, once accepted, to make payments within 5 days. Unfortunately, AllClear do not have the direct facility to check updates regarding existing claims as each claim is reviewed by Reactive on a case-by-case basis and the timeframe to resolve the claim is dependent on the complexity of the case. I am pleased to hear that the claim has been settled, but I do apologise about the dissatisfaction and frustration caused by this experience.
