Good human customer service, excellent value

Very easy to talk to, with not too much AI funnelling. I found that reaching out to them once i received my renewal quote was easy and they were happy to reward koyal customers. I found their terms and conditions very clear Reviewed on: 24th August 2024

Good customer service, let down by renewal process

I'd recommend Admiral - their customer service is good and their website is easy to use. However I'm disappointed that every year their renewal quote is higher than the year before, yet after speaking to people they're eventually able to lower it to a more competitive price. I don't understand why they can't just offer their customers the best deal from the start. Reviewed on: 13th August 2022
