Top Tier Customer Service

I opened a savings account with Newbury last year and have been impressed not just with the competitive interest rate I have received (encouraging to see in current economic climate), but the outstanding level of customer service demonstrated by the savings team. My application and funds were processed quickly and I always receive a warm, welcoming and informative approach whenever I contact them.
