Fair on price

I’ve been an admiral customer for some time now and there are two reasons for this Proactive customer service As well as regular emails and newsletters , during the pandemic, (a time where many businesses were either struggling or being greedy) admiral proactively returned money to their customers recognising there were less cars in the road. This was something they did not need to do. Fair on price Each renewal period I am not forced to renegotiate rates with them as the renewal offer is fair and a good price - for this reason I have continued to keep opted to remain with them. When I have looked at competitors for the price, I have found I’m not able to beat my offer anyway. Reviewed on: 13th August 2022
