Great overall.

I cannot fault admiral for their customer service. Absolutely brilliant. Always helpful, always trying to beat other quotes, hence why I am a loyal customer. The only fault I do have which reflects in the recommendation is the fact that Admiral use an approved repairer called iRG. I had an accident in 2018 and my car went in for rectification 4/5 times and I was so stressed with the continuous phone calls I had to make and the fact that I had to inspect my vehicle upon return so many times. It caused a real disruption and stress to my life for several months. Reviewed on: 13th August 2022
