Admirals phone operators are what makes this service. No matter what, they are friendly and have particularly helped through tough times. Being a new driver, I struggled in my first accident. I didn't know what to do and I got things wrong. The phone operator was helpful, honest and showed sympathy. At other times, being able to call up and discuss payments has been incredibly useful, especially in the world we live in right now! Reviewed on: 13th August 2022
