They genuinely care for customers

Since I opened up a savings account for my young child they’ve been there when needed and supportive throughout. No hard sell. Just straight forward saving accounts with the focus on the customer. Reviewed on: 11th December 2019

Easy to set up and deal with

I’ve set up a savings account for my child and everything was straight forward. Always friendly. I’ve not been bothered with unwelcome marketing emails and calls and they do just what you need them to do. They let me get on with it and when I call to speak to someone they are always helpful and friendly. Reviewed on: 7th January 2018
